AN ORDINANCE
BE; IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1901
Code, City of McHenry, Illinois,
ded to read as follows:
13-1901. PENALTY.
of Chapter 13 of the Municipal

(a) Any person, firm, association, copartnership or
corporation violating any provision of this ordinance
for which another penalty is not provided, shall be
fined not less than twenty dollars nor more than five
hundred dollars for each offense except as provided in
Section 13-1902 and 13-1903.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of
the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by
law.
