AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. Section 4-6 of Chapter 4 of: the Municipal Code,
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by
increasing the annual fee for all class of liquor licenses to
the amounts hereinafter indicated for such license class:
CLASS OF LIQUOR LICENSE
ANNUAL LIQUOR LICENSE FEE
Class
A
Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars
Class
F
Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars
Class
G
Five Hundred Fifty Dollars
Class
H
Four Hundred Fifty Dollars
Class
B
Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00,
and each day any violation shall continue constitutes a separate
offense.
Section 3. All Ordinances and parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities
of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by
law.
