AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 44(A) of Article V, Chapter 11 of the Muni-
cipal Code be and it is hereby amended by increasing the total number of
Class "A" licenses authorized to be issued to eighteen licenses.
SECTION 2. That Section 44(A) of Article V, Chapter 11 of the Muni-
cipal Code be and it is hereby amended by increasing the total number of
Class "G" licenses authorized to be issued to three licenses.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as by law required.
PASSED this 21st day of May, 1979.
