AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF MIcHENRY, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 1217 of Article XII, Chapter 13 of the Municipal
Code MC-78-141 of the City of McHenry, relating to Parking Rules, be and
the same is hereby amended by adding the following as and for Paragraph
24 thereof:
(24) Adjacent to and on the approaches lying within the city limits
of this improvement at the intersection of Illinois Route 120 (FAP
Route 13) and Ringwood -Draper Road by installing traffic control
signals (to be known as STATE Section 14N-78 and as CITY Section
79-00025-00-TL), installing pavement marking Mines and symbols, and
by performing all other work necessary to complete the improvement
and the City will in the future prohibit parking at such locations
on or immediately adjacent to this improvement as may be determined
by the State of Illinois to be necessary, from traffic capacity
studies.
SECTION 2. All Ordinance, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof be and the same is hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication 'as by law required.
