AN ORDINANCE
BE; IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6 of the Municipal Code, City
of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by adding
the following paragraph (5) thereto, thereby adding a Class
B liquor license classification:
(5) Class B license, which shall authorize
the retail sale of beer and wine in packages only,
and no consumption thereof shall be permitted on
the premises. The annual fee for such license
shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). No more
than one (1) Class B license shall be in force
and effect within the City at any time.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of
the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage, approval and publication as by law re-
quired.
