AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13-1217(a) of Chapter 13 of the
"Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois", be and the same
is hereby amended by adding the following location thereto as
an additional no -parking zone:
(24) The north side of Illinois Route 120
in a northeasterly direction from the center-
line of Front Street for a distance of 150
feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict. with the provisions hereof be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, association or corporation
violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for
each offense.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities
of the City of McHenry.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form as by law provided.
