BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (b) (3) and (4) of Section 26-165 of
the Municipal Code, City of McHenry, Illinois, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(3) Laundramats not using City water shall pay
a monthly sewerage use charge of 65 cents per
each 1000 gallons of water discharged into the
City sewer system.
(4) All other non-residential users shall pay a
sewerage use charge of 65 cents per each 1000
gallons of water metered to such user.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the terms and provisions of this Ordinance be and the same
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force from and
after its passage, approval and publication as by law required.
