AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. - Section 39a of Article IV, Chapter 13 of the
Municipal Code, City of McHenry, relating to parking Rules, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding the following as and
for paragraph 16 thereof:
(16) On North side of Washington Street between Riverside
Drive and State Route 31
Section 2. - All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the terms and provisions hereof be and the same is hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
as by law required.
PASSED this 1st day of May, 1978.
AYES: Smith, Adams, Rogers, Schooley, Bolger, Harker, Datz, Nolan.
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
