AN ORDINANCE
BE! it ordained by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
County of McHenry, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section VIII E 6 (d) 5 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance
of the City of McHenry be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"(5) Mechanical joint pipe can be used or Class 52
Ductile Iron."
SECTION 2. All ordinances, as part thereof, in conflict with the
provisions of Section lhereof be and the same are hereby repealed
to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the city.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage, approval and publication as by law required.
