AN ORDINANCE AC- '!' e_ 143
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHEHRY AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. - Section 39a of Article IV, Chapter 13
of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry, relating to
Parking Rules, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding the following as and for paragraph (15) thereof:
(15) On West side of Green Street between
Waukegan Road and John Street
Section 2. - All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as by law required.
