SNOW ORDINANCE MC-121
Be -it ordained by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
County of McHenry, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION I. City of McHenry Ordinance Number MC-48, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding the following as and for Section 43a.
Thereof: 43a. Snow Removal. It shall be unlawful to park any
vehicle on the paved portion of any public street
in the City at any time within 12 hours after a
snowfall of 2 inches or more has occurred within
the City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict with the terms and provisions
of this ordinance, are to the extent of such conflict, repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication aforesaid as re-
quired by law.
