AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. - Section 11-105 of Chapter 11, Article
IV of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry, relating to
Scavengers, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the phrase "such service to consist of a pick-
up of four (4) thirty-two (32) gallon containers or
equivalent" and also be increasing the maximum monthly
pick-up fee to four dollars and seventy-five cents ($4,75) .
Section 2, - All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. - This Ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the Corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
Section 4. - This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as by law required.
