AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 44 (A) of Article V, Chapter
11 of the Municipal Code be and it is hereby amended by
providing that the total number of Class A licenses in
force in the City at any time shall not exceed 17 licenses.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect for and after its passage, approval and
publication as by law required.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be, published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the Corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
PASSED this 31st day of May, 1977.
AYES: BOLGER, NOLAN, HARKER, DATZ, SMITH, ADAMS, SCHOOLEY.
NAYS: NONE.
ABSENT: SCHAEDEL.
