AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 44(A), Article V, Chapter 11,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
by decreasing the total number of Class A licenses authorized
to be issued to eighteen such licenses.
Section 2: Section 44(A), Article V, Chapter 11
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
by decreasing the total number of Class F licenses authorized
to be issued to four such licenses.
Section 3: Section 44(A), Article V, Chapter 11
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
by decreasing the total number of Class G licenses authorized
to be issued to two such licenses.
Section 4: Section 44(A), Article V, Chapter 11
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
by decreasing the total number of Class H licenses authorized
to be issued to one such license.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
Section 6: This ordinance shall
and effect from gnd after its passage,
as by law required.

true, correct and complete copy of Ordinance No. MC-112
of the City providing for Amending the Liquor License Ordinance
Section 44(A) to 18 Class "A"; 4 Class 'T"; 2 Class "G"; 1 Class "M".
and that, said ordinance as so published was on said date
readily available for public inspection and distribution,
in sufficient number, at my office as City Clerk located
in -the City.
