AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 9 of the Municipal Code, City of
McHenry, Illinois, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following Section 9-8:
SECTION 9-8. NUMBER OF LICENSES FOR. CERTAIN MECHANICAL
AMUSEMENT DEVICES LIMITED: No more than tour mechanical
amusement devices used as games may be licensed during any
year for the same premises.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00,
and each day any violation shall continue constitutes a separate
offense.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
required by law.
