BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as
follows:
Section 1. That paragraph 19 of Article II of
Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry
be and the same is hereby amended by deleting from the
fee requirement for the vehicle unit therein described as
"Trailer (limited to those requiring a license under the
Illinois Revised Statutes)".
Section 2. All Ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed effective at the commencement
of the 1977 license year, and any and all license fees
collected for such trailers in connection with the 1977
license year shall be refunded.
