AN DRDINANCE �%C;- 74lp- 9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, McHEISTRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. A permit and inspection fee shall be
charged for sanitary sewer connections, as follows:
Single Family Residences $250.00
Multiple Residential Structure,
for each unit 250.00
Commercial Structures 300.00
Industrial Structures 300.00
Hotels and Motels, per each
rental unit 100.00
Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes
and Hospitals, per each bed 100.00
The aforesaid fees shall be paid at the time the
application for permit is filed.
SECTION 2. The following fees shall be charged for per-
mits to connect to the City Eater System:
SIZE OF WATER LINE
3/4 inch diameter, or less
1 inch diameter
1 1/4 inch diameter
1 1/2 inch diameter
1 3/4 inch diameter
2 inch diameter
2 1/4 inch diameter
2 1/2 inch diameter
FEE
$150.00 (includes charge for
water meter)
$300.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$500.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$ 600.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$700.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$800.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$900.00 (does not include
charge for water meter)
$1, 000 (does not include
charge for water meter)
For each k" increase in diameter of water line in excess of 2k", add
$100.00 to the fee for a 2k" diameter water line.

SECTION 3. The fees provided for in Section 1 and
Section 2 hereof are in addition to the fees known as the
"Water and Sewer Capital Development Fee".
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same are,
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
law provided.

NAYES: None.
