AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V
OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE FO THE CITY OF McHENRY ,
ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paragraph 44 of Article V of Chapter 11 be and it is
hereby amended by decreasing the total number of Class H licenses to
two such licenses.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts therof in conflict with this
Ordinance or to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as by law
provided.
PASSED this 30th day of August, 1976.
AYES: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel.
NAYES: None.
