AN ORDINANCE rnC
Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1. Where city water service has been shut off to any user
because of non-payment of any water bill, there shall be no restoration
of such city service until the user has first paid all past due city
water charges, and, in addition thereto, a service charge of $10.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict
only.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, and publication as by law required.
