BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF
McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. SECTION VIII, Subsection E, Paragraph 4 (d)(1) be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. Sanitary sewers shall be Vitrified Clay Pipe or ABS Composite
Sewer Pipe meeting the requirements of A.S.T.M. Designation D2680
(latest revision) for Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) Composite
Pipe.
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
SECTION 1 are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this Ordinance, shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than
$500.00 for each offense, and each day that such violation occurs may
be considered as a separate offense and violation of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as by law required.
