AN ORDINANCE 19
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Commencing with the Alcoholic Liquor
Dealer's license year beginning May 1, 1976, the annual
fee for the following classes of Alcoholic Liquor Licenses
shall be the amount hereinafter set forth opposite each
license classification:
Class
A
License
$700.00
Class
F
License
800.00
Class
G
License
450.00
Class
H
License
350.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as by law required.
