�. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY
ILLINOIS$ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For the next and succeeding license periods,
no more than two taxicab licenses shall be issued by the City
Of McHenry.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances in conflict herewith are re-
pealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
as by law required.
