AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V
OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
ILLINOIS �c - Hs_
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paragraph 44 of Article V of Chapter 11
be and it is hereby amended by increasing the total number
of Class H licenses to three such licenses.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof in con-
flict with this Ordinance or to the extent of such con-
flict, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publi-
cation, as by law provided.
