AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12, Article XVII, Section 84, paragraph
i is hereby amended to read as follows:
"i. That where the solicitation -is to be conducted
in the business areas of the City, it will be
supervised by persons who are over the age of 18
years."
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the provisions of Section 1 hereof be and same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as by law
required.
