AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, Chapter 11, Article 10 be and the same is hereby
amended by repealing Section 105 thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and adoption as by statute
made and provided.
