AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance which was heretofore
adopted and which prohibited the reduction of Traffic
Tickets written by the City of McHenry Police Department,
on charges of driving while under the influence of in-
toxicating liquor, be and the said Ordinance is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be'in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
