AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. That Article I. Chapter 6, paragraph 10,
Section 6 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry be
and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6: Auxiliary policemen shall be paid at
such hourly rate of pay for each hour of service
performed as shall be determined from time to time by
the City Council, provided such service is performed
at the direction of the Chief of Police."
Section 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
with this amendatory ordinance be and the same are hereby
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as by law
required.
