AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: The sanitary sewer connection permit fee for
Multiple Residential Structures shall be $250.00 for each
and every dwelling unit in such structure, except that for
the six month period described in Section 2 hereof, the
fee to connect such Multiple Residential Structures to the
sanitary sewer in Lakeland Park shall be the amount pro-
vided for in said Section 2.
SECTION 2: During the six month period from and after the
date that the City Engineer gives final approval to the
sanitary sewer system being constructed in Lakeland Park
by special assessment, the permit fees to connect to the
said sanitary sewer in Lakeland Park shall be as follows:
Single Family Residences $150.00
Multiple Residential Structure, Each
Dwelling Unit $150.00
Commercial Structures $175.00
Industrial Structures $200.00
After the aforesaid six month period has passed,the said
connection fee for each of the foregoing shall be increased
by $100.00.
SECTION 3: All ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as by
law provided.
