AN ACT AMENDING ORDINANCE MC-48
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC
AND MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE CITY
OF McHENRY, Article VII, Section 73,
Liquor or Drugs
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and the City Council of the
City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance MC-48 of the ordinances of the
City of McHenry, entitled AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AND
MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF McHENRY, Article VII Drivers,
r Section 73, Liquor or Drugs, be and hereby is amended as
follows:
Section 2. That 11-501.1 of Illinois Revised Statutes
Chapter 952 be incorporated by reference and made a part of
Ordinance MC-48, and shall apply in full force and effect to
any person who drives a motor vehicle anywhere within this
municipality.
Section 3. Conflicting Ordinance. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, to the extent of
such conflict are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Validity. If any part or parts of this
ordinance shall be held invalid for any reason whatsoever,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
part or parts of this ordinance.
Section 5. When effective. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage as required
by law.
Section 6. This ordinance shall be known as Ordinance
No. 59
