AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE
XIII OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
"TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES"
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that ARTICLE XIII of CHAPTER 13 of the Municipal Code of the City of
McHenry be and hereby is amended by adding thereto the following:
127, A. Recreational Vehicles
It shall 'be unlawful for any person to operate recreational
vehicles, including, but not limited to, minibikes, motor
bikes, snowmobiles, all -terrain vehicles, or similar
motorized equipment, upon, within and over any municipal
park, playground, tennis area, or baseball field, or upon
any highschool, junior high school, or grade school property
within the corporate limits, at any time.
THIS ORDINANCE will be in full force and effect after its
passage, approval and publication, as by statute provided.
