AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN
:PORTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ESTABLISHING
A REVISED SCHEDULE OF BUILDING FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that the following identified paragraph of the Municipal Code, and such
Code as amended by MC--19, be and hereby is repealed in its entirety:
Paragraph 9, Article III, of Chapter 14.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, and such Code as amended, be and hereby is
amended by inserting therein the following:
Chapter 14. Article III. Paragraph 9.
NEW RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
a. Single family dwelling: $0. 07 per square foot.
b. Duplex dwellings: $0. 07 per square foot.
C. Multiple residence buildings, containing over
two units: $0. 07 per square foot.
d. Additions or remodeling of single family, duplex,
or multiple dwellings: $0. 07 per square foot.
e. The minimum fee for either remodeling or new
construction shall be $1 5. 00.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after
its passage, approval, and publication as by statute provided.
Passed and approved this 15th day of March, 1971.
