AN ORDINANCE REPEALING
CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry, and such
Chapter as amended, be and hereby is repealed in its entirety, such
repeal to be effective as of the 30th day of June, 1970.
PASSED and approved this 15th day of June, 1970.
