0 R D I N A N C E
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that paragraph 2, of Article I, of Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code shall
be amended to read as follows:
2, Meetings. The regular meetings of the Council
shall be held in the council room on the first and
third Mondays in each month at the hour of 8:00
p.m. , provided, however, that in those months
which shall have five Mondays, the regular meetings
shall be held in the council room at 8:00 p.m. on
the first, third and fifth Monday therein. Further
provided, that if the regular meeting falls on a
legal holiday, the meeting shall take place on the
next day at the same hour and place. Adjourned
meetings may be held at such other times as the
council may determine. All meetings of the council
shall be open to the public.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage.
