AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TRUCK
PARKING REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry
that paragraph b of Section 48, Article IV, Chapter 13, of the Municipal
Code be deleted in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
McHenry that Article IV of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of the City
of McHenry be, and hereby is, amended as follows:
48.1 Truck Parking Regulations. It shall be unlawful
for any vehicle of the second class as defined in
paragraph 1-.c of Article I of Chapter 13 of this
Code, which shall carry, or be required to carry,
State of Illinois license application of "C", or
over, to park or to load or unload, at any time,
on Green Street, from the Southerly line of Elm
Street to the Northerly line of the Green Street
Bridge.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect ten days after
its passage and publication as by the statutes of the State of Illinois pro-
vided.
