AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that Chapter 11, Article X, of the Municipal Code of the City of
McHenry be, and hereby is, amended by repealing in its entirety Section
114 - PENALTIES thereof.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, Chapter 11, Article X, be and hereby is amended as
follows:
114. Penalties.
Any owner found violating any provision of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a
fine of not less then $25.00 nor more than $100.00
for each such offense.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, adoption, and ten (10) days after its publication, as
by statute made and provided.
PASSED this 5th day of January, 1970.
