AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry be,
and hereby is, amended as follows:
Article I of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, as passed and approved on the
17th day of April, 1961, and as subsequently
amended, shall hereafter be identifed as, "Article
XI" .
Article II of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, as passed and approved on the
17th day of April, 1961, is hereby repealed in its
entirety,
Article III of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, as passed and approved on the 17th
day of April, 1961, and as subsequently amended,
shall hereinafter be identified as, "Article XII".
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as by law provided.
PASSED this 5th day of January, 1970.
