ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the City of
ry, Illinois, be and hereby is amended as follows:
CHAPTER 16
ARTICLE III
PENALTIES. Any person, firm or corporation
violating any of the regulatory provisions con-
tained in this Chapter 16 shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceed-
ing $200.00, or be imprisoned in the county
jail for a period not exceeding 5 days, or
be both so fined and imprisoned. Each day
such violation is committed or permitted to
continue after proper notice shall constitute
a separate offense and shall be punishable as
such hereunder.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, as by statute
