ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, that the Municipal Code of the said City of
McHenry be, and hereby is, amended as follows:
ORDINANCE MC-14, being an ordinance concerning
storm sewers and sanitary sewers and penalty,
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry be and hereby is amended as follows:
ORDINANCE MC-30, being an ordinance repealing
Paragraph 2, Article I, Chapter 16, of the
Municipal Code and establishing a new section
so designated concerning sewer connection
fee schedules, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry be and hereby is amended as follows:
ORDINANCE MC-35, being an ordinance prohibiting
the connection of sanitary or industrial waste
sewers to storm water drainage systems, is
repealed in its entirety.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and passage, as by statute provided.
