AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE MC-27
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REDISTRICTING
THE CITY OF McHENRY" AS ADOPTED AND
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McHENRY ON THE 9TH DAY OF JANUARY,
1967.
WHEREAS, certain territories have recently been annexed to
the City of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, such annexed territories require locating of such
lands within proper wards as established by the City Council of the City
of McHenry under MC-27, an Ordinance of the Municipal Code of the City
of McHenry;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that MC-27, "An
Ordinance Redistricting the City of McHenry", be and hereby is amended
by adding to the SECOND WARD of the City of McHenry, as established
by said Ordinance MC-27, the following described properties:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 41 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37
and 38, and all those parts of Lots 10, 11, 12, 30 and
31 not previously included within the corporate limits of
the City of McHenry, in Cooney Heights Subdivision, a
Subdivision of part of the North Half of Section 34, Town-
ship 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the Plat thereof recorded December 27, 1950
as Document No. 238784 in Book 11 of Plats, page 19, in
McHenry County, Illinois.
ALSO:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, and all those parts of Lots 5 and 6 not
previously included within the corporate limits of the City
of McHenry, in First Addition to Cooney Heights, a Sub-
division of part of the North Half of Section 34, Township
45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the Plat thereof recorded March 2, 1953 as
Document No. 262629, in Book 11 of Plats, page 71, in
McHenry County, Illinois.
ALSO:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 in Kelter Estate Subdivision,

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its approval, passage and publication, as is by statute provided.
