AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PARAGRAPH 2,
ARTICLE I. CHAPTER 16, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE AND ESTABLISHING A NEW SECTION SO
DESIGNATED CONCERNING SEWER CONNECTION
FEE SCHEDULES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that Paragraph 2, Article I, Chapter 16, of the Municipal Code
of the City of McHenry, as amended on the 15th day of November, 1965,
by Ordinance MC-21, be and hereby is repealed in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and hereby is amended as follows:
Chapter 16. Article I. Paragraph 2,
FEES.
Single family residential $ 250.0()
Multiple residential structures:
First unit 250.00
Each additional unit 50.00
Commercial structures 275.00
Industrial structures 300.00
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon the 1st
day of June, 1967, after its passage and publication as by statute pro-
vided.
