AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that
ARTICLE V, paragraph 19. c. , of Chapter 14 of
the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry be and
hereby is repealed in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and hereby is amended by adding thereto
the following:
Chapter 14. Article V. Paragraph 19.
C. Regulations. The rules and requirements are hereby
established as to standards for plumbing as are sett
forth in the "Plumbing Code Law" in Chapter 111-1/2
of the Illinois Revised Statutes, as such "Plumbing
Code Law" has been defined, adopted and promulaged
in pamphlet form identified as, "Illinois State
Plumbing Code", in the month of July, 1959 as an
advisory code of minimum standards of good plumbing
practice.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after
its passage and publication as by statute provided.
Passed and approved this 16th day of May, 1966.
