AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A CERTAIN
PARAGRAPH OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF McHENRY AND ESTAB-
LISHING A NEW SEWER CONNECTION
FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that
Paragraph 2, Article I, Chapter 16, of the Municipal
Code of the City of McHenry,
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, be and hereby is amended as follows:
Chapter 16. Article I. Paragraph 2.
FEES.
Single family residential $ 50. 00
Multiple residential structures:
First unit 50.00
Each additional unit 10.00
Commercial structures 75.00
Industrial structures 100.00 i

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days from
and after its passage and publication as by statute provided.
Passed and approved this 15th day of November, 1965.
