ORDINANCE
REPEALING AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that Ordinance MC-5, providing for parallel parking, as
passed and approved on the 4th day of February, 1963, be and hereby
is repealed in its entirety.
This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage
and approval as by statute provided.
Passed and approved this 20th day of April, A. D. 1964.
