AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that the Municipal Code of the said City be amended by the
addition to Article V of Chapter 13 of the following:
Chapter 13, Article V, paragraph 55. 1:
Any person, firm, association or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this Article shall be fined not
more than Twenty-five ($25. 00) Dollars nor less than
Five ($5. 00) Dollars for each offense.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after ten (10)
days following its passage and publication, as is by law required.
Passed this 24th day of February, A. D. 1964.
