AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, that the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry of 1961 as
passed and approved on the 17th day of April, 1961, be and hereby
is amended by deleting therefrom paragraph 56 of ARTICLE VI of
Chapter 8 in its entirety.
This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage
and approval as by statute provided.
Passed this day of September, A. D. 1962.
