AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City of McHenry that Section
20 of ARTICLE III of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the
City of McHenry, as passed and approved on the 17th day of

April, A.D. 1961, be amended by striking therefrom the words,!
"City Collector" and substituting for such stricken words
!
the following: "City Clerk".
This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its passage and approval as by statute provided,
