AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 13,
TRAFFICAND MOTOR VEHICLES, OF THE
CITY OF MCHENRY MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as
follows:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, is a home rule municipality as
contemplated under Article VII, Section 6, of the Constitution of the State of Illinois, and the passage of this Ordinance
constitutes an exercise of the City's home rule powers and functions as granted in the Constitution of the State of
Illinois; and
SECTION 2. That Section 13-608 NO PARKING AT ANYTIME shall be amended by adding the following:
15.5 OLDE MILL LANE
on west side of the street from McCullom Lake Road to Boone Creek
Circle.
15.6 OLDE MILL LANE
on south side of the street from Boone Creek Circle to Spring Creek
Lane
15.7 OLDIE MILL LANE
on east side of the street from Spring Creek Circle to Leonard Avenue
22.2 SPRING CREEK LANE
on north side of the street from Olde Mill Lane to 2100 Spring Creek Ln
22.3 SPRING CREEK LANE
on east side of the street from 2100 Spring Creek Lane to Old Mill Ln
1.1 BOONE CREEK CIRCLE
on west side of the street from Olde Mill Lane to 4007 Boone Creek
Circle
1.2 BOONE CREEK CIRCLE
on south side of the street from 4007 Boone Creek Circle to Leonard
Avenue
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each offense committed
on each day during, or on which, a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the
corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
