MC-09- 998 AN ORDINANCE Increasing Class A Liquor Licenses Decreasing Class A-1 Liquor Licenses [Corkscrew Pointe] BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, IWNOIS, as follows: SECTION 1. Section 4-6(1) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is hereby amended by increasing the number of Class "A" Liquor Licenses from twenty-seven to twenty-eight. SECTION 2. Section 4-6(1) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is hereby amended by decreasing the number of Class "A(i)" Liquor Licenses from "No more than one" to "There shall be no". SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and underthe authorityof the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law. PASSED and APPROVED this 21" day of December, 2009.
