AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 4:
DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS Fl LICENSES (Bull Valley Liquor) AND
DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS GI LICENSES (Nana's Kitchen)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 4-6 of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is
hereby amended in Section 4-6(5) by decreasing the number of Class "Fl" Liquor Licenses from four to
three, and in Section 4-6(6) by decreasing the number of Class "GI" Liquor Licenses from five to four.
SECTION 2: All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority
of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4.: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication, as provided by law.
