AN ORDINANCE
Decreasing number Class F(2) Liquor Licenses
Deleting Class G Liquor Licenses
Increasing Class GI Liquor Licenses
at Annual Meeting
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY COUNTY, IWNOIS, as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-6(5) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classification is hereby
amended by decreasing the number of Class "F(2)" Liquor Licenses from ten to nine.
SECTION 2. Section 4-6(6) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is hereby
amended by deleting in its entirety Class "G" License
SECTION 3. Section 4-6(6) of the Municipal Code relating to liquor license classifications is hereby
amended by increasing the number of Class "Gl" Liquor Licenses from three to five.
SECTION 4. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION S. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the
corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication, as provided by law.
